Made 1/2 recipe on 11/5/15 this time replaced 1/2 c water with 1/2 cup sour dough starter - flavor and texture was perfect!! Orig Made 10/01/15 - Perfect Rustic pizza dough, loved the corn meal bottom made on the pizza stone. 525F on pizza stone - took 10 minutes but it was as big as my pizza wheel.
